First you must be logged in to the site in order to add or edit items.
There is a graphic in the item area that has a pencil 2 arrows and an 'X' . This is the editing area. The pencil is for editing the arrows are for sorting (either up or down as the arrow indicates) and the 'X' is for deleting (not all items have include the option to Delete).
You will find this graphic in most information sections.
